Technical assistance

I have numerous times this past week contacted Microsoft to assist me with my pc with Windows 8.1 applications that is working and this morning Mr Rey A just cut me off for no apperant reason and most of the persons I dealt with this week of Microsoft did not help me much. I would like to know is the people of south Africa not good enough custumers of Microsoft or what???
