Tech support... FAIL... closed.. in India?

Installed Office on a 3rd computer. Was on one, deleted it, now it's on 2, placed it on a 3rd machine. Old office 2007. Wait... also bought office 2013 today. Installed that on a machine. And now... my home PC says I installed the old office on too many machines. ERROR. So I tried to reactivate... online... FAIL. Called the call centre... difficult to find number... chatted to chap in India... rude.... FAILED to help. Said I must call back in office hours. WHAT ARE OFFICE HOURS IN INDIA? Microsoft, hope you don't mind me looking for pirated software now since I own and paid for all your software for the last 15 years... time to pirate again???
