Takealot does not administer refunds on some of items

Takealot does not administer refunds on some of items. We consumers must see to finish. In the process of getting information I spoke to “Sila” from there from their call centre. She blatantly refused to give me details of the call, should I need to follow up. No call reference, her proper name and surname. She simply has no orientation of customer service and needs a lot of training. Then I was eventually connected to Microsoft via email Kiara was the consultant. He emailed the steps to process a return. These steps are not working for customers who didn’t buy directly at Microsoft. I informed Kiara on Sunday 20th May and have not heard from them up to date.
