support unable to provide support

<p>i have communicated with 3 tech people and no one can resolve the issue. its simple. i cannot insert a picture in excel header. when i click on insert the picture button is grayed out. how do i get it to be ungrayed. it was working before - i cannot update my letterheads!</p> <p>just terrible. and basically i get oops sorry i tried everything!</p>
