Support not helping after your purchase and need to install

I bought a Microsoft office 365 package for my business, I since waited till we upgrade our laptops, I recently logged on the admin, my subscription isnt showing, I called the tech support, the AI voice isnt helping, I sent emails and no response. I am frustrated, my autheticator doesnt work as I have a new phone, like this is pathetic I should be able to get help and I feel like asking for my refund but its pointless using the tech support as it offers nothing it even hangs up after describing my problem
