Stop Insisting on MS Teams

I just abandoned attending a really powerful webinar that I was really looking forward to - of course, running exclusively on MSTeams. The organisers scrambled desperately just before the event to try and get it going, causing considerable stress to them and everyone involved. There were WhatsApp messages flying back and forth trying to get some order from the chaos, but 25 minutes in I gave up.

One attendee made the point that many corporations - but especially banks - don't allow UX friendly Zoom. Well Heaven forbid that banks ever did anything to make #UX easier.

If you happen to be one of those decision makers who has banned Zoom, maybe it's time to take a deep look into the mirror - and out the window. There are many, many alternative options that just work better than Teams.
