Based on your question, I am being billed every month for Xbox Ultimate, but I canceled this in July 2022 - I have also turned off my recurring subscription yet I am being billed every month, why? Last night I tried to use the service as I am paying for it and I could not even get a game downloaded because it wants me to join Xbox Ultimate?!?!?!?!? Microsoft took money out of my bank account without my approval on 08 Jul 2022, 30 Aug 2022, and 29 Sept 2022. Please assist me with this issue and let’s get this resolved asap
