Software unfit for purpose

I purchased Microsoft Office 2016. At that point it cost over R3500. It was a home and office version that came with Outlook. I now cannot access my Outlook, it will not load, but more problematic I cannot access the files I stored under Outlook either. It is more than a week and a technician was supposed to contact me to resolve, and never did. I called Microsoft Head Office South Africa and requested to speak with a senior manager, The switchboard operator refused to put me through to anyone and put the phone down on me. I called again and Arina also refused to find a manager internally for me to have a discussion with. To have purchased software that now has a known error, cannot synch with google suddenly is unacceptable. Worse still Outlook will not open at all so I cannot access my stored folders. Time to dump Microsoft and use other, more reliable software. Microsoft kindly rectify this error asap.
