Skype empowering Hackers 101

So Skype account gets hacked, hacker changes all of the details so I can't perform a recovery, Microsoft says do a password recovery.... Do you not think that it has been tried? All of my details have been removed from the account and now I am locked out with charges being made to my credit card. Then you inform me no one can access the account anymore and still a charge cets made to my credit card. Like is lying just part of your customer service?
