Shocking Service

For some unknown reason I was locked out of Microsoft One Drive. I never wanted this on my laptop in the first place but when I bought my laptop and started adding photographs onto my laptop and putting them in folders. Microsoft decided they would save all my photographs into One Drive. I spent 30 minutes 2 days ago chatting online to JUST ANSWER a division of Microsoft as I kept getting a password error message and the cellphone number on record is NOT and never has been my number. After PAYING for their services and changing my password and cellphone number to the correct number. I am STILL UNABLE to open One Drive. ALL MY PRECIOUS PHOTOGRAPHS ARE GONE WITHOUT WARNING. These big corporations take us the public for idiots. I've been online to Microsoft 2 days ago to log a complaint. STILL NO RESPONSE. Microsoft ripped me off and I'm a pensioner. SHAME ON YOU MICROSOFT
