REMOVE!!! Microsoft account to logon to my laptop

I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I'm locked out of my PC it keeps telling me to reset the password on my microsoft account (which i did twice already). I have deadlines to meet this week & I cant because I have been locked out of my PC since the upgrade. I went to the microsoft offices in Brynston but I was told they cant help, they are in a meeting till 12:30 they will call me after their meeting.<br> <br> I would like to REMOVE!!! Microsoft account to logon to my laptop
