R30,000.00 on server software that doesnt work

At the beginning of 2015 round about February we requested user CALs from Microsoft for SBS 2008 essentials. Microsoft sold us 10 CALs for about R9000 which we were only to find out didnt work. Our email trail clearly answered their requests for info as to what software we were running, but they still provided us with licenses for software that was invalid. SBS essentials can't be loaded with CALs. After a long delay we were told that we needed to purchase a new server operating system and install it on new hardware. This new software came at a hefty price of R30,000.00. We received an envelope a few days later with the license key and no DVD or media with the software on. We were instructed to download it from their site. We proceeded to do so with no luck no matter what options we tried. We were then directed to download a evaluation version which we did, and \just type in the license key". to this day we are still battling to convert from an evaluation version to the full version we paid for"
