Problems with xbox side of Microsoft

So I have always been a Microsoft fan just because they do xbox But a few days ago I brought R160 worth of dlc's for payday 2 on xbox 360 (because I'm to poor to afford an xbox one) but so I downloaded the dlc's and was enticed to try it out just to see the game isn't picking them up so I spoke to one of Microsoft's friendly agents and did everything they told me to do which was delete and reinstall the profile, delete the dlc's clear the cache and then redownload the dlc's and leave my Xbox off for 30 seconds none of it worked and I was then told to contact over**** (the creators who are in Sweden) and after 4 days still no reply. So I went back to Microsoft to get a refund jus to be told in simple terms no but in their words "You are not eligible for a refund under the Microsoft terms of sales." Because of this I am now extremely annoyed as I have paid for something and got nothing in return for my money spent or that they will give me my money back... So they just took my money and this has changed my point of view of Microsoft from a good company to a bunch of ****** ******* who will do whatever it takes to make a quick buck off people like me.
