Problems with Outllook which Microsoft Refuses to Solve

Microsoft Outlook - appalling (lack of) service. My office has used the Outlook platform for emails and for the calendar of meetings for years. Suddenly invitations to meetings no longer sync with the calender, as a result most of my future meetings have disappeared off the calender, even meetings I have arranged. I am told this is because my email server (at Xneelo) uses either IMAP or POP which are "not available" for Microsoft Outlook. This never was a problem previously. In addition, I have lost all my sent emails from last year November to early August. Apparantly, this is just too bad for me because Outlook has no responsibility to assist its clients. Even my signature which was stored on Outlook has disappeared! Now that certainly has nothing to do with email or other internet issues. Oh, and to make everything worse, my own personal outlook email has been mixed up with my office Outlook. Why? Who approved that (definitely not me!)? This is of course a privacy issue, covered by POPIA. Have other HelloPeter users had the same problems dealing with Microsoft Outlook recently?
