Poor service by Microsoft

<p>I am having trouble with sending and receiving eamils via Microsoft Outlook for the past three days. I sent an e-mail to Microsoft and the advise they gave me did not make any sense and did not help me at all. Where can i contact them to assist me? I have just bought a whole newe Office pacakage and is now not able to use the Outlook</p>
