Being a Microsoft Customer, owning 3 Xbox 360s, two Microsoft phones (lumia 530 and 640XL) and struggling to get an Xbox One, I am surprised I have never received an email from Microsoft tlling me \thanks for being with us"or something similar. So I open a Live Chat with a MS consultant and I get the slobbiest conversation I ever had. No thanks"
