Over pricing on fixing damaged phone screen

I Bought a Nokia Lumia 930 on contract at Vodacom, now the screen is broken and to fix it they just to much charging about R3500. if samsung can meet their customer half way and replace their phone for free. if Nokia/microsoft can't do it for free why can't they at least do it on half price because the price they charge us is the price micro lab charge. which is the same as what samsung is charged and yet they give a good service to their customers.<br> <br> Microsoft must just come up with a new strategy on this or else its a good, we going to their competitors.
