OneDrive is not reliable

I am now absolutely certain that OneDrive has a major bug in it. Thousands of my files that I have had in my OneDrive for years are missing now. For example, my CV which I worked on recently, is now missing.

I have reported this problem previously when one of my clients had the same problem, and Microsoft completely ignored my comments. This is very disappointing, as I've recommended, used and supported Microsoft products for 30 years.

I wish Microsoft would take this seriously. At the very least, I need to warn all clients out there that OneDrive cannot be trusted, as it 'looses' files without explanation, or any way to recover them.
