Office License activation

I had to call the Microsoft call centre to re-activate my Office software pack and dreaded making the call as call centres are normally awful to deal with. However, the call centre phone line quality was excellent and the assistant was extremely patient, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. What a pleasant surprise.
