Office 365 Never got the benifit

I purchased Microsoft 365 last year, and attempted to get it running, it never did and I was forced to revert to my older system. I have just had a conversation with Wynn T reference number ***. I am now being placed in an unfair position of being forced to pay again for a license that probably would not work again.<br>
