Office 365 is a disaster

I have recently "upgraded" to Office 365.

What an absolute disaster.

Every time some programmer somewhere in Microsoft makes some small change to a program and it updates on my computer, I loose all my data.

Never have I made such a big mistake as to get 365.

Today all my e-mail accounts had just been wiped clear off my computer. No trace of e-mails, or any thing in my outlook.

When opening outlook I now have to start from scratch setting all up.

I want my money back and I want normal office free of charge to compensate for my losses. This is unacceptable.
