When making payments for 365 - quick to take money, but once payments is made - office is downloaded, but due to technical issues the product key can be verified - leaving you without being able to make use of program. Technical everytime uninstall office and reinstall at your data cost without addressing the problem - already happened 3 times ?

This is ********** - since they take your money - but cant produce - people should make use of shareware like libre office at least it works and are free.
