No XBOX ONE for a month

The XBOX exchange program does not work in South Africa. A manufacturing fault appeared in my XBOX ONE in the first week of April and I took it in immediately only to find out that it had to go through Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft and when they got back to me I was told stock would arrive in a week. Stock has come and gone and I am still sitting with a broken XBOX ONE console.
