No support

Microsoft has closed all their stores, they offer online support only. However, their Engineers are not competent, and cannot resolve problems. They are interested in doing small things like copy files only, then demand a rating of 5/5. If Microsoft thinks a computer software company can operate like Amazon, they must be stupid
