No support

I recently purchased a Xbox Live membership Cd Key from cdkeys.com. The key seems to be fine, but if I try and redeem the code I get a on screen message that says " Something went wrong" error code XBOS1005 - I cannot load/ renew my membership via code nor electronically. I have tried to live chat to 3 Microsoft agent but I ALWAYS get either disconnected or asked to reconnect again at a later stage and I still cant get this problem sorted out. I'm running out of patience as everything you do on an Xbox one requires some form of membership connection. I need a solution please.
