No-show from Microsoft Training

This is quite frustrating as I've been scheduled on a training course with Microsoft which was supposed to start at 09h00 (GMT +3) with one of Microsoft's partners in Kuwait. They have not signed on and there are 60 other people waiting for the same training and 1 hour of our time has been lost. Collectively this is such a massive failure for Microsoft and its partner. Don't know how Microsoft can actually acreddit partners who can't even have the decency to pitch up for the training and tell the participants that they will not be having it.

Very poor service from Microsoft.

I'll remove the link but post the other details below so hopefully some action can be taken to avoid such wasted time in future.
