No return policy on overcharged item

I hate being **********. #Microsoft sent a renewal notice for an annual subscription for #office365home expiring 14th June 2019 costing R1199.00. I did what I think is the right thing and paid on the 18th of May 2019. Next thing there is an additional charge of R14.00 on my account. No reason. Today, Incredible Connection are advertising the exact same package for R899.00. I have tried every avenue possible to contact #Microsoft but to no avail in order to request them to cancel the order and the credit card charge. Just to add to it I don't use anything other than Word and Excel and only for my private needs. Pensioner suckered again. (Read terms and conditions of sales ). I just cannot accept a R300.00 price difference for the same product.
