Multiple ********** Microsoft transactions

Well I have had enough. 20 Transactions in a space of 2 days for R14 each with no explanation or trace of this on my Microsoft profile. Your call center says it's a validation charge that would have been refunded immediately. A week later and nothing. I have had to cancel my card at my bank so that you don't debit any further transactions. What the hell is going on? Still no refund or definitive explanation.
