I have used my wife's laptop to log into my very old outlook account to change all my stuff to gmail. All that because of the incompetence of Microsoft s outlook. Now my wife wants to log into her (I really do not know why she still use outlook) email account. Guess what. Because I have locked into my old outlook account on her laptop, she can not log into hers without going back to the day she was born to verify her account. Try to get microsoft support? Forget about it. Support for microsoft do not exist.
