Money overdue to be returned to the client by Microsoft.
Microsoft took 1499 from my Capitec Account on 25 November 2023. On quering the deduction they wrote to say the money has been refunded to my account, that was November 2023. It is now March 02 2024 the money has not been returned. I have made several trips to my bank branch they too cannot help me. I need my money.

04 Mar 2024, 15:33I went to my bank( Capitec bank) they insist they did not get the refund from Microsoft. They asked me to tell Microsoft to send a proof of refund which I did at 14.25 today I have not received it yet. I have written to Microsoft again reminding them to send the proof of refund so that I can forward it to my bank. I am still waiting for it.
