Microsoft Xbox One support

I was so disgusted today when I phoned Microsoft support with regard to my son's Xbox One. I wanted to order a new power supply unit which Microsoft rep**** that they discontinued them. His Xbox One is just over two year old. I find this absolutely disgusting that there is no support. The games for Xbox one are not exactly cheap. My son saved his pocket money, birthday money and Christmas money for several years so that he could buy it with is own money. We do not have money to buy a new one. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I know that these big organisations do not care a damn. All I got was sorry mam.
