Microsoft X box says our X box is out of warranty yet out purchase slip says we still under warranty till this year October 2023

Hello Peter we bought an X box series on the 8th of October 2022 at Pick n pay in Witbank.which it is still has warranty till October this year.X box is now not working .Pick n Pay says we must send it to Microsoft,it has nothing to do with them.When we try to contact Microsoft,the are saying X box is out of warranty yes we have a purchase document confirming that warranty is still valid till October this year 2023.Microsoft need an amount of R3546. Of which I fiel it is very unfair we still entitled to a warranty.

Please help me Hello Peter,it is now the 3rd week,the keep on sending us from pillar to post.The lady from by the name of Keneilwe Tlainane *** is not assisting at all and the guy by the nace of Norman is not assisting as well ***.
