Microsoft Windows 7 Professional

I am longstanding user of Microsoft products. Yesterday, I discovered that the reason my computer was running out of memory so quickly is that Microsoft 7 professional has built in a bug that every day keeps on building more and more 118,6 MB entries for a "cab_" file. This regenerating software bug can generate itself up to eight times a day. It doesn't take long before your storage capacity is no more, as happened to me yesterday. The consequences of this built in bug are really serious. The computer slows down appreciably and all kinds of strange things start happening to Microsoft Outlook. Eventually Outlook just shuts down! An investigation on line shows that it is a huge problem and that Microsoft simply does not care and refuses to do anything to fix it. Naturally Microsoft does not have an email address in ZA to lodge these complaints! For me, this is both a latent and patent defect and must be addressed by Microsoft as a matter of extreme urgency.
