Microsoft Windows 10

Microsoft pushed very hard for users to download Windows 10, and I eventually relented and downloaded it on my PC. Unfortunately regrets are always too late. Now Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) do not work! We tried to register the problem as instructed, tried to download it, but it is still not working. We phoned as well, and followed the prerecorded instructions, to no avail! What do we do now?
