Microsoft will let you down

Once you buy a computer with a Windows operating system, you become dependant on Microsoft who will let you down several times by discontinuing systems that you had built your business on. That has happened with me several times since the 1980's. You will also have to buy there programs repeatedly over time as you have set yourself up to be milked over and over. Every new version will be re-designed so that you initially have no clue how to operate it and you will have to learn again. Don't even try to use F1 to open their help functions as you will only get irrelevant responses which are not helpful. Rather google your questions and you will get better answers. I have no been charged for a product that I did not receive and they won't refund me. I wonder why I am surprised and upset, I should have known better to not buy from Microsoft. I hope somebody reading this can avoid being ********** by Microsoft. I have reported this last "theft" to the consumer protection ombudsman but I am not expecting them to achieve much as one can't get an email address for Microsoft to send the query to. Beware!
