Microsoft, what a joke! Zero stars

I recently locked myself out of my Hotmail account and was unable to retrieve my password for my account that I have been using for more than 10 years. These companies gets so big that they automate everything, so now I am not able to recover my Hotmail account that is linked to my Facebook account. How rediculous is that. They can't write any good apps so they buy SwiftKey and they bought Hotmail. Thanks for nothing **** gates! My whole life was connected to that account. Now I have lost pictures of my children for the last 10 years. These companies should be banned from this stupid automated answering systems. Just because I can't answer the questions, doesn't mean it's not my account. My advice is to not use these big companies for emails. They in any case don't care about their users.
