Microsoft update windows 10

I innocently updated my laptop with the latest windows 10 update and now all I have is a blue screen asking me to select a keyboard and continue to windows rollback which starts the process over again. There is no Microsoft tech support Person to speak to. I am on a deadline for tomorrow and urgently need to sort it out now. Not tomorrow morning. I am sooo angry
