Microsoft - The ultimate in zero customer satisfaction

Microsoft has locked my account. Four weeks later and I still have the same problem. MS is not prepared to resolve the issue telephonically - they will only respond via a completed MS form, which they do not respond to either. There is zero interest in customer satisfaction!! IOS is sounding better every day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
