MICROSOFT SUPPORTS HACKERS AND NOT USERS

My Microsoft account got hacked 5 days ago. The hacker is in control of the email account he added so I cannot change anything. The online process is totally useless and the call centre people answer like puppets. Now being told my product is supp**** by ISP and I must work through ISP. This is however a direct online subscription with Microsoft. They just closed the ticket without resolving anything even though hacker is purchasing products on my account. They totally protect the hacker and feel nothing for legitimate users!!
