MICROSOFT SUCKS

I had office home and business 2016, and I had a problem with my OS and after contacting Microsoft Customer Care and the agent took controll of my laptop she installed Windows 10 pro again, and I lost all my programs, she told me I must use the email that I used to install office again, I told her I cannot remember the email, she rep**** the she can not help me, but she was the person that caused me to loose my programs.
