Microsoft stole my money & still billed me after suspended my account for no reason.

Microsoft suspended my account with no reason. Bad costumer service! Nobody could help me recover my account. I've lost all my files on One Drive. I had to make a new account.

Plus , after my account got suspended, they continued to bill my account for a service I'm unable to use.
