Microsoft Stole my Money and won't Refund.

I bought Forza 7 online on 7 July 2020. I paid for it by credit card and the payment went through. I tried to download the program but it failed to download. I looked for other options to get what I had bought, like a DVD or such, and found none. I went onto support and found many posts from people like me who had bought the program and could not download it. I called Microsoft on their South African support number and I was referred to an online address for Xbox where I could apply for a refund. I app**** for as refund on 29 July 2020 and eventually got the email answer that I shall not be refunded because too much time had elapsed.

Microsoft wants to keep my money while I had not received what I had paid for. In my book that is ******** and their attitude stinks.
