Microsoft steeling our money

*******!!!! They charge you even after you cancel your prescription. They charge you to "check" your card to do the refund. I have contacted the support line 3 times without my query being resolved. it has been 20 days trying to get my money back from Microsoft, my service doesn't work since the 6th of the month, yet they have my money and more... Microsoft has lost its credibility, and with technology changing so much we don't need them anymore.
