Trying to change my password is nigh on impossible. Microsoft sends a code: A) Which is virtually unreadable B) which has expired by the time it arrives. My server ain’t the quickest. To add insult to injury the email i sent to a board member, ceo Nadella supp**** by Wiki gets rejected. The last code received ********** or it may have been ********** …I lose track …have expired by the time received. Can anyone help please? I’m in South Africa so an sms to my cell may be a better delivery route for my code. Thank you in advance for your help.
