Microsoft *****ups!

I've been trying for a week to get hold of Microsoft, firstly after waiting on a line for half an hour I eventually get through to a guy who can't hear me on the other end and shuts the phone in my ear. They send a courier to collect my product without a phone call to let me know collection will take place. Now I have to resubmit my service order which already took me a week to do the first time. Pathetic!
