MICROSOFT PLEASE ASSIST!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous lack of response and no help. A simple problem of my emails not syncing to my laptop that is heavily affecting my business. Recovery info says it takes a MONTH to process!! and apparently I must just "enjoy my empty inbox".. my inbox is not empty!! Very very disappointed
