Microsoft overcahrged by R4k with no proof of orders

This is my email I've sent out.... I still can not get any help, I've tried to phone and when I try and talk to someone I get pushed from one virtual thing to the next. I tried to contact Microsoft SA who also could not help and they gave me a support number. Which I phoned which referred me back to the Microsoft site.

Referring to MICROSOFT ORDER: *** for R600 and order *** for R600 On 4 May 2020 I tried to load money into my sons Xbox account via Microsoft from my desktop. (Main account which is mine is Stepping Duck) I tried to load money, but kept getting an error saying that it could not be loaded. (Microsoft should have all the chats on record) I contacted support and told them the issue, as the Fortnite pack my son wanted was expiring so I tried to purchase the pack before it expired. But from Microsoft I could only load R600 at a time. (those were the orders I placed) I then went ahead and tried to load it via the Xbox account itself and I kept getting the same error and that money could not be loaded. There I could choose to load the exact amount needed which was R1199,99) . I contacted Microsfot Chat regarding this and they said they are working on it and will let mme know once query is resolved so I can try purchase the pack. Now that money has been deducted off my account THREE times and three other charges. Not sure how Microsoft manage to do so, as there were error messages all the times that payment could not be made. I tried to contact a Microsoft agent which was extremely difficult, eventually when I go through I got NOWHERE and was asked the same questions over and over. I was told to submit a refund request, but also could not do that as it would not let me. I kept telling the agent I only have two orders, as mentioned above, but Microsoft took an extra R4,036.82 from my account which I don’t have orders for and was not authorised. The amounts that went off was: ANAUTORISED: R119,00 TWO TIMES R1199,99 x THREE TIMES R198,95 x 1 AUTHORISED: R600 x 2 (which I am aware off and this was used for the Fornite pack) But in total R4,036.82 went off my account which was not authorised. I don’t understand, if you had technical problems how could this still go off my account. So you overcharged my by R4,036.86. I cannot request a refund as it does not let me as there was no order for those amounts. Here is the orders I placed.
