Microsoft only employs robots

My son took a 3 month free trial Xbox game pass through Microsoft billed to my Vodacom phone account. He only played it once so we wanted to cancel it, but the Gmail he was using was hacked so we couldn’t get in. Microsoft tech support gave me a reference number on the phone and said they need to send a code to that email to cancel it. I explained the email was hacked (all his Roblox games too) So they said I must phone back with his user name on the game. And I could never ever get hold of a human being since, this was in March, 9 months ago!. Vodacom says they’re a 3rd party they can’t help and apparently Microsoft is now run by computers because I can’t get hold of anyone anywhere. The only alternative I have is to wait till my Vodacom contract runs out and cancel a number I’ve had since 1997!!! I was charged R79 a month until 2 months ago and now it’s R119!!!
