I recently upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2013 to make use of the new PowerPivot functionality. I discovered though that in Excel 2013 you can no longer set the intervals between labels on a chart to more than 255. In Excel 2010 this was not limited to 255. So we pay a lot of money and then functionlaity that used to work no longer works. I contacted Microsoft in this regard fault ref SRX ********** 095ID. This was a mission in itself as most of their support can only help with download, install and activation. You get transferred all over the world and never get to speak to South African support. So my support ticket is sitting with Suhas N in India. It has been 2 weeks and he still has no answer for me. He says he has referred it to the developers and I can't speak to the developers. It is funny how when you have a problem you can't get to speak to anyone who can help you. Microsoft has become a monstrosity than cannot support its customers. I expect my problem to be resolved in 48 hours not more than 2 weeks. This problem has been know to Microsoft since 2014 and they still have no solution.
