Microsoft not refunding amounts that was approved almost a month ago.

On the 23 of may 2021 i bought 2 Minecraft Starter Collection packages for my kids Order number *** and Order number ***. After that i tried installing and was informed it is for Xbox and not windows 10 so i requested a refund on the same day and it was approved the next day SRX***ID and SRX***ID. So i went and bought the correct once. Until now i did not receive any refunds after numerus chats emails and calls. Last ticket number is SRX***ID it was escalated more than twice already with a promise of being solved within 24 hours and is not happening. This is **** service and i will not buy or subscribe to another Microsoft service ever again.
